## What we offer

- **Work to your schedule.** We agree access and timing with your superintendent and fit the flooring around the other trades.
- **Material and labor.** We supply the flooring and install it, so one subcontractor is responsible for both.
- **Insured.** General liability insurance, with a certificate of insurance available for your files.

## How it works

1. **Send the bid package.** Plans, finish schedule, specs and your bid date.
2. **Scope and take-off.** We measure from the plans and visit the site where needed.
3. **Written price.** Material, preparation, labor and trims, itemised, with any exclusions stated.
4. **Schedule and install.** We coordinate with your site team and hand over clean floors.

### Do you work as a flooring subcontractor?

Yes. We work for general contractors and builders on residential and commercial projects, supplying and installing the flooring scope.

### Can you price from plans?

Yes. Send the plans and finish schedule through the trade pricing form or by email, and we price the flooring scope in writing.

### Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance. Ask us about your additional-insured requirements.

### Do you handle floor preparation?

Yes. Slab grinding, levelling and crack treatment can be included in the scope; any preparation is listed on its own line.
