Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, find a floor and ask us for help.
01Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
02What we have done
- Every page and form works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Text and buttons have strong colour contrast, and text can be enlarged without breaking the layout.
- Images have text descriptions, and forms have clear labels and error messages.
- Motion is turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Forms still work if JavaScript is turned off.
03Known limits
The Google map on our contact page and the downloadable PDF catalogue may not be fully accessible. The same information is always available as text on the website, or by phone.
04Need help?
If anything on this site is hard to use, call or email us. We will give you the information another way, and we will fix the problem where we can.
