Terms of use

01Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. The site gives general information about SC Flooring Masters and lets you request estimates and trade pricing.

02Prices, stock and estimates

Nothing on this website is an offer or a quote. Prices and stock are confirmed with you directly, and every job is covered by its own written estimate or agreement. If that document and this website differ, the written estimate or agreement applies.

03Colours, photos and specifications

• Floor colours look different on every screen and in print. Please see a physical sample before you order.
• Room photos show how a floor can look. They are not photos of our projects unless we say so.
• Specifications and warranties are published by the manufacturers. Warranties are the manufacturer's own terms, and manufacturers may change their products.

04Requests you send

Please give accurate information in our forms. Sending a request does not create a contract. We may decline work, for example outside our service area.

05Our content

The text, design and logo on this site belong to SC Flooring Masters or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.

06Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

07Liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using or relying on the website itself. This does not affect your rights under any written agreement with us.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

09Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
