Common questions

Can you replace a few damaged vinyl planks?

Often yes, if matching planks are available. Keep any spare planks from your installation; they make repairs easier.

Can you replace cracked tiles?

Yes. We remove the cracked tiles and set new ones, and look at why they cracked so it does not happen again.

Do you repair subfloors?

Yes. Soft spots, damaged subfloor and uneven slabs are repaired before the new surface goes down.

Is it better to repair or replace?

It depends on how much of the floor is affected and whether matching material is available. We will tell you honestly after we look.

How do I get a price?

Send photos with an estimate request or call us. We look at the floor and send a written estimate.
