Common questions

What floor is best for rentals?

Waterproof vinyl plank with a thicker wear layer. It resists water, pets and moves, and damaged planks can be replaced.

Can you use the same floor in every unit?

Yes. Pick a standard collection and colour and we use it on each turnover, subject to stock.

Do you price each unit separately?

Yes. Each unit is measured and priced in writing.

Can you repair a damaged floor between tenants?

Yes. We repair or replace damaged planks and tiles; keeping spare material from the original install helps.

Which areas do you cover?

Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia, Brevard and Polk counties in Central Florida.
