01Who we are

SC Flooring Masters supplies and installs flooring in Central Florida. This policy covers this website and the forms on it.

02What we collect

• Details you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, company, and what you tell us about your project or order.
• Photos and files you choose to upload, such as photos of your floor or a material list. We remove location data from photos when you upload them.
• Your email address if you sign up for flooring tips and offers.
• Basic technical information: a one-way coded version of your internet address (used only to stop spam and repeated submissions) and your browser type.

03How we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

• To reply to you, prepare estimates and trade pricing, and arrange measurements and installations.
• To send flooring tips and offers, only if you signed up. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
• To keep records of requests and jobs, and to protect the website from spam and abuse.

04Who else handles it

These providers process information only to provide their service to us.

• Our hosting and database providers, which store the website and your requests.
• Our email service provider, which delivers notifications to our team and our replies to you.
• Google, for the services described in the next section.

05Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising, and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and anonymised session recordings), so we can fix what is hard to use. These services set cookies and receive information about your visit, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. When you send a request, we record that a request was sent, without your name or contact details.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. The map on our contact page loads from Google only if you click it.

06How long we keep it

We keep request and job details for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business and tax records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

07Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us and we will respond.

08Children

This website is for adults arranging flooring work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

09Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
